Vezam is a pioneer in convenient package delivery across the EU countries primarily oriented on the B2C audience. It’s a double-ended platform that links clients and couriers and helps deliver packages to the final destination effortlessly, avoiding usual supply chain issues. Vezam consists of 2 apps: both for customer and driver, to ensure excellent user experience and split functionality. It simplifies negotiations and turns the delivery process into a fully transparent and lightning-fast process.
The client wanted to create an Uber-like application to simplify the delivery process. Consequently, the IDAP team built an app-based marketplace that matches customers with independent delivery drivers. It allows real-time delivery tracking from one European country to another as well as the AR-based confirmation of delivery.

Users that need to send a package can place an order and define the details required to deliver items properly: personal contact data, address of the final destination, the type of item, its size, etc.
Drivers registered in the app can choose the most appropriate orders and send an offer defining the price of services and delivery time. Users can collect several offers and choose the most suitable one.
Users can track their shipments during the entire journey in real-time due to smoothly integrated Google Maps (all European countries) and accurate GPS location.
This feature helps make the process of tracking transparent, providing the opportunity to check the status of shipment: “awaiting,” “on the way,” “received,” etc.
The app allows recipients to confirm the successful delivery with a sign made on a smartphone screen.
Users can measure the size of the shipment via camera using AR technology.
