About the Project

Student Apply became a part of a vast educational conglomerate of QS Quacquarelli Symonds Limited in 2021. Its web application now is a platform that allows 3000+ external users, such as Agents and Student Influencers, and 150+ internal users, like Admissions Managers, to manage thousands of applications on behalf of students to around 1500 educational institutions - universities, foundations, high schools.

Product Idea

The initial idea was to make education in the most reputable educational institutions accessible for applicants worldwide. The platform allows one to choose the best-fit options and apply effortlessly to multiple institutions with the help of Recruitment Agents and Admissions Managers.

Project challenges

The project was in the MVP stage when becoming a part of QS. For the IDAP team, it's room for improvements and strategic decisions.
Cooperation with a fast-growing company requires vigilance to respond to business requests timely and efficiently.

Key Features

01User role distribution

The platform allows splitting the range of activities and opportunities considering the user level. The system provides three intuitive dashboards for students, agents, and partners with descriptions of establishments and requirements, individual profiles, and many more.

02Personal plans

This feature allows students to tailor the environment to their needs. It generates offers based on personal preferences and data to deliver the most suitable options for each applicant.

03Search

The platform has an intelligent search module with various filters dividing institutions by categories and niches. It allows users to check all the underlying conditions and requirements, compare them with the applicant's background, and contact recruiters in one click.
