About the Project

The Izispik eLearning platform was set up to provide users with a superior learning experience coupled with convenience. It allows tutors to manage databases of students and provides advanced search and filtering options, as well as support for different payment types and timezones handling. All these features were set up to make remote learning more accessible, efficient, and reliable.

Product Challenges

One of the biggest challenges in developing Izispik was being able to control student activities throughout their learning journey so that progress could be tracked accurately. Another major challenge we faced was setting up a system for tutors to manage their payments efficiently without having any issues with time zones or other geographical barriers.

Results

Through our collaboration with experts in education, we were able to develop an effective solution that combines user-friendly navigation, convenient tools for managing databases and payments, and reliable control over student activities for accurately tracking progress. These combined features have made it possible for tutors to create an effective workspace for remote learning solutions while providing students with high-quality educational experiences.

Key Features

01Student Profile

This feature allows students to keep track of their progress throughout their learning journey, seeing their areas of specialization and strengths but also any difficulties they may be having in certain topics or areas. This is great for both student and tutor, as it gives the tutor an idea of which skills need more attention or help, while also giving the student an overview over all the materials learned.

02Tutor Profile

It allows students to get to know their tutors better before booking sessions with them, seeing their credentials, reviews, and experience in the field they teach. This helps students find the best fit for them and increases trust between them and their tutors by allowing them to become familiar with each other before starting lessons.

03Messages

This enables direct communication between student and tutor prior to bookings so that any questions that arise can be answered quickly and accurately. Messages also serve as a great way for tutors to check if their schedules match prior to creating a new lesson booking.

04Booking

When it comes time to actually book a lesson, Izispik makes this process super ebay - users can access their tutors’ availability and book a session directly from the website.

05Stream

Izispik comes loaded with an online streaming feature that enables students and tutors to engage in real-time video lessons without leaving the platform itself. This way, everyone involved can enjoy the convenience of receiving or providing tuition from or within the comfort of their home or office.

06Search and Filter

Advanced search & filtering functions complete Izispik's set of features – here, users are able to quickly find suitable tutors based on location, level of expertise, or even specific topics they want help with! Plus, users can save searches in lists, so they never miss out on any new candidates!

07Payment

We integrated various payment methods (credit cards, mobile wallets etc.) into the platform so that both parties can securely transact money without worrying about security issues or unreliable third-party services.
