Our сlient is a private company that deals with mandatory inspections of in-house facility equipment and provides additional services to ensure its smooth functioning. Their business consists of numerous interdependent processes that focus on inspection works, collecting data, generating reports, and passing them down to clients and regulatory agencies.
Problem
The existing software did not fully satisfy the needs of our client
The Client came to us with a set of business management systems that worked poorly. These systems lacked in the architecture and capacities. As a result, the company couldn’t retrieve collected data and manage processes properly. Some of the results got lost due to the human factor or the poor connection since the uploaded files could not get saved without internet. So the workers had to re-do everything once the network restored. Moreover, managers had difficulties administering the field-workers.
It resulted in:

- Troubles with managing employees and controlling tasks execution

An all-encompassing system that connects all business processes together
As the result of business analysis and close work with the business owner and office employees, we have connected the work of the office managers, field workers, and company’s chief executives with web-based Admin Panel and iOS App linked by the well-laid-out Back-end.
Every process that could be automated was built in the software, including:
- Managing the relationships with customers
- Assigning and monitoring tasks for the field workers
- Receiving reports about the finished works in real time
- Checking and re-stocking inventory
- Managing and visualizing data on completed jobs, and more

Admin panel to look over all business processes
The Admin Panel is a practical instrument that eases the work of the office personnel and frees more time for more prioritized tasks. It is a web-based interface integrated with the server database that allows to quickly find all necessary information to set tasks to field workers, receive the quality feedback in the shortest time and send out notifications to the clients that will need their services sometime soon.
Mobile application to assist workers in the field
We have developed a separate iOS application to ease the working process of the field workers. Before they had to fill in a lot of paperwork, sometimes in dim lighting, and take it back to the office. Today all they need to do is complete the task given through the app and fill in the generated electronic form. It does not only save their time and provides data integrity, but makes sure everything is filled in accordingly for the future reports that will be sent to regulatory agencies. All they do is complete their inspection, tap a few buttons in the app, and the data appears in the system right away.

The well thought-through back-end logic of the developed software gives opportunity to conduct standard market researches, discover demand on their services, send out emails and reminders, put down according tasks for field workers, collect data on the place, pass it down to provide necessary reports for regulatory agencies, and continuously search for new opportunities for business growth. What we achieved
We have developed a sustainable system of integrated software by working together with our client and analyzing their business. Yet, it marks only the beginning of our tight cooperation to improve and grow further side by side.
Lowered the waiting time from 10% to 1% by cutting down the amount of paperwork and providing field works with iOS app.
Raised office employees efficiency, instead of 1 manager per 1 field worker, now manager can monitor up to 4-5 workers.
