The existing software did not fully satisfy the needs of our client
The Client came to us with a set of business management systems that worked poorly. These systems lacked in the architecture and capacities. As a result, the company couldn’t retrieve collected data and manage processes properly. Some of the results got lost due to the human factor or the poor connection since the uploaded files could not get saved without internet. So the workers had to re-do everything once the network restored. Moreover, managers had difficulties administering the field-workers.

As the result of business analysis and close work with the business owner and office employees, we have connected the work of the office managers, field workers, and company’s chief executives with web-based Admin Panel and iOS App linked by the well-laid-out Back-end.

Admin panel to look over all business processes
The Admin Panel is a practical instrument that eases the work of the office personnel and frees more time for more prioritized tasks. It is a web-based interface integrated with the server database that allows to quickly find all necessary information to set tasks to field workers, receive the quality feedback in the shortest time and send out notifications to the clients that will need their services sometime soon.
Mobile application to assist workers in the field
We have developed a separate iOS application to ease the working process of the field workers. Before they had to fill in a lot of paperwork, sometimes in dim lighting, and take it back to the office. Today all they need to do is complete the task given through the app and fill in the generated electronic form. It does not only save their time and provides data integrity, but makes sure everything is filled in accordingly for the future reports that will be sent to regulatory agencies. All they do is complete their inspection, tap a few buttons in the app, and the data appears in the system right away.
